Ms. Miselle’s learning specialization uses holistic leadership development through her expertise in coaching, image consulting, and people management.
She is the lead facilitator for Icon Learning programs, a division under Pamav Training Institute where she is Vice President.

She is an active member of the HR and image consulting industry for 16 years. And a Professor for the Academy of Human Resource Management in San Beda College and UA&P and other programs for People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). She serves her community as a member of Soroptimist International Club of Mandaluyong by helping women and girls achieve their dreams through empowering them with education.
She is inspired to do all these as a wife and a mother to twin girls and a boy. Ms. Miselle loves spending time with the family traveling or bonding at home.
